Irma Pechin 
Irma Pechin, 75, of Lodi, died May 7 in her home. She was born May 13, 1929, in 
Krontal, Russia.

Mrs. Pechin married Dan Pechin in 1958 at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Lodi. She 
was employed by Tri-Valley Growers as a lab technician for 29 years. She was an 
active member of the Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lodi since it began 
in 1961. 

She enjoyed traveling, antiquing, gardening, and spending time with her family.





Irma Pechin
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Dan Pechin, of Lodi; sons, Steven 
Pechin, of Lodi and Lee Pechin, of Stockton; daughter, Rosemarie Boushek, of 
Citrus Heights; brother, David Mattheis, of Lodi; sisters, Frieda Schulz and 
Erna Feil, both of Lodi; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Christ Evangelical Lutheran 
Church. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park. Visitation will be 
held from noon to 8 p.m. today, and from 8 a.m. to noon Wednesday at Gierhart-
Wells & Donahue Funeral Home, 123 N. School St., Lodi.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, 
new church fund, 420 S. Central Ave., Lodi, CA 95240.

Gierhart-Wells & Donahue Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
