Pablo E. Ramos

Aug. 17, 1942 — Dec. 10, 2005

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday for Tracy resident 
Pablo E. Ramos, 63, who died Saturday at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital.

Mr. Ramos was born in Lima, Peru. He lived in Hayward and then in Tracy for 
the last seven years. He retired from Bay Area Rapid Transit as a maintenance 
technician. 

Mr. Ramos was a parishioner of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church and a member of 
Hermandad del Senor de Los Milagros of San Francisco and Peru. He loved music, 
cooking and family get-togethers. He will be remembered as a loving husband, 
father, grandfather and friend to many.

Mr. Ramos is survived by his wife of 41 years, Norma M. Ramos of Tracy; 
children, Marco Ramos, and his wife, Julia, and Erich Ramos, and his wife, 
Tearsa, all of Tracy, Luis Ramos, and his wife, Violet, and Janett Zavallos, 
all of West Palm Beach, Fla.; siblings, Esperanza Cruz, Rosa Bassallo, Carmela 
Meza and Jose Ramos, all of Peru; 11 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and 
nephews.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Wednesday’s Mass will begin at noon at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. 
Eaton Ave. Visitation will be observed from 1 to 5 p.m. today at Fry Memorial 
Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., with the recital of the rosary immediately 
following.

Contributions in Mr. Ramos’ name may be sent to St. Bernard’s Building Fund, 
163 W. Eaton Ave., Tracy 95376.
