Jan. 29, 1918 - April 12, 2006

Miguel Nequiz Rodriguez, 88, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at a 
local hospital. He was born January 29, 1918 in Santa Isabel Xtapan, Mexico. 
Miguel worked for Stockton Box Co. as a sawyer for 35 years. He was a member of 
the Box Makers Union and St. Edward's Catholic Church. He was the beloved 
husband of Victoria Rodriguez for 59 years. Loving father of Queta Sota, Gloria 
Carrasco and Mike (Lynda) Rodriguez. Cherished grandfather of Jose (Jasmin) 
Zavala, Miguel E. Soto, Enriqueta (Elbert) Bartlett, Xavier Carrasco, Monique 
Carrasco, Celena Rodriguez and Michael Rodriguez; great grandfather of Vanessa 
Zavala, Joshua Zavala, Jordon Zavala, Nikka Zavala and Isabella Bartlett; dear 
brother of Francisco Rodriguez. Family and friends are invited to attend a 
Vigil Service at DeYoung Memorial Chapel 601 N. California St., Stockton on 
Tuesday April 18, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 
celebrated at St. Edward's Catholic Church 731 S. Cardinal St., Stockton on 
Wednesday April 19, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be held at DeYoung 
Memorial Chapel, Stockton on Tuesday 10:00 a.m-6:00 p.m. Committal: San Joaquin 
Catholic Cemetery.

Memorials: San Joaquin Chapter American Diabetes Assoc., 1524 McHenry Ave., 
Ste. 210, Modesto, CA 95250-4568.
