Barbara Christ Reffle 
Dec. 31, 1931 - March 19, 2005



Barbara Christ Reffle, 73 of Stockton, entered into rest on Saturday, March 19, 
2005 at a Stockton skilled nursing care center after a long illness. She was 
born in Yugoslavia on December 3,1931, the daughter of Josef and Barbara 
Reffle. She was a resident of Stockton since 1952 and worked with her parents 
operating a janitorial services company until her retirement.
Barbara is survived by her brother, Phillip Reffle and his wife Jane of 
Modesto; her sister Elizabeth Hawley and her husband Robert of Arvada, 
Colorado; four nieces, Janet Reffle and Pamela Bates of Modesto, Stephanie and 
Karlyn Hawley; a nephew, Rob Hawley; a great-niece, Tonya Bates and a great-
nephew Christopher Bates, both of Modesto. She was preceded in death by her 
parents, Josef and Barbara Reffle, and her sister, Helen Reffle.
Friends are invited to attend visitations on Friday, March 25, 2005 from 10:00 
a.m. to 12:00 noon at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary, 809 N. California 
Street in Stockton. Graveside committal service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, 
March 25, 2005 at Stockton Rural Cemetery.
To honor her memory, contributions may be made to the American Parkinson's 
Disease Association, 116 John Street, New York, NY 10038.
