She was born April 8, 1929, in Arcadia. Mrs. Robey was a resident of Galt for 47 years. She was a homemaker and a Nazarene laypastor. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting for the homeless veterans and babies in the hospital. She also enjoyed spending time with her dog, Meesha. She enjoyed her country and was very patriotic. Betty Lou Robey She is survived by her daughters, Terry McClellin and Janette Ann Talcott, both of Idaho, Jerry Lynn Henke, Jo Ellen Meredith and Tracy Gross, all of Galt; son, Rodney D. Talcott III, of Idaho; brother, Bill Rodgers, of Idaho; sister, Janette Bonderud, of Arizona; 19 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two grandsons. A celebration of life will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday at Brewster House, corner of 5th and B Streets, Galt, with Bill Toy officiating. Committal will be private.
