Hazel Lorraine Soulsby 
March 8, 1923 - March 4, 2005



Hazel Lorraine Soulsby, 82, passed away Friday, March 2, 2005 in Stockton. She 
was born in Guilderland, New York, became a registered nurse and served as an 
Army nurse during WWII. Lorraine graduated from the College of the Pacific. 
Since coming to Califonria, she has resided in Stockton, Concord, San Jose, and 
most recently again in Stockton. She was a member of Saint Anne's Episcopal 
Church, a docent at the Haggin Museum, but most of all was a loving and beloved 
wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband, Richard L. Soulsby; children, Sherri 
Sanguinetti, Rick Soulsby, Kevin Soulsby, Wendy Spalsbury, Sean Soulsby, Justin 
Soulsby, Ryan Soulsby, Meghan Soulsby and Rebecca Spalsbury.
Memorial services will be held at St. Anne's Episcopal Church on Monday, March 
14 at 1:00 p.m.
Donations may be made to the Haggin Museum or to the Alzheimer's Aid Society of 
Northern California.
