Lynne Stone 
Lynne M. Stone, 67, of Lodi, died March 25 at her family's residence in 
Stockton. She was born July 11, 1937, in Denver.

Mrs. Stone attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. She was most 
recently employed by Phoenix Programs as a social worker. She was a member of 
the PEO chapter of Stockton for many years, where she formerly served as 
president. She was also a member of the United Presbyterian Church of Fort 
Morgan, Colo. 

She is survived by her sons, Evan Stone, of Stockton, and Justin Stone, of 
Aurora, Colo.; daughter, Audrey Hardin, of Woodbridge; father, William 
Mellinger, of Fort Morgan, Colo.; step-mother, Jamalee Mellinger, of Fort 
Morgan, Colo.; and 11 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Stone.

A service will be held later in the spring in Forg Morgan, Colo.
