Ronald E. Strauther Sr. 
March 7, 1936 - March 25, 2005



Ronald E. Strauther Sr. was the fifth child born to Howard and Ella Strauther 
of Los Angeles California on March 7, 1936. Ronald graduated from Jordan High 
School in 1955 and Los Angeles Junior College in 1956 garnering many athletic 
and scholastic achievements. After over 40 years in the circuit board 
fabrication industry he retired in 1999. As a member of he Brookside 
Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses in Stockton, CA. Ronald enjoyed bible study 
and sharing his faith with others. He enjoyed woodworking, country and jazz 
music, cooking and collecting carved eagles. Ronald was a loving and devoted 
husband to his wife, a diligent provider for his family and his sense of humor 
and quick wit brought enjoyment to all those around him.
He is survived by his brother, Dalford (Gene) Strauther and sister, Maxine 
Townes of Southern California. On November 27, 1955 he married his high school 
sweetheart, Shirley L. Neal, married for 49 years, Ronald and Shirley had one 
daughter, Rhonda S. Strauther of Stockton and four sons, Ronald E. Strauther 
Jr. of Texas, Robin L. Strauther, Randy D. Strauther and Roman C. Strauther of 
Stockton, California. They were blessed with 9 grandchildren and 2 great-
grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2005. Located 
at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 7960 Pondersa, French Camp, CA 
95231.
