He was born March 30, 1924, in Bahai, Brazil. Mr. Taylor served in the U.S. Army and was a World War II veteran. He was a teacher at Lodi Unified School District for 32 years. He is survived by his sons, Robert Taylor, of Suisun, Marcos Taylor, of Lodi; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jennie Taylor. A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Rocha's Mortuary, 215 S. School Street, Lodi. Committal will follow at Lodi Memorial Park & Cemetery, 5750 E. Pine St., Lodi. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Aid Society, 105 S. Washington St., Lodi, CA 95240.
