James Taylor 
James Willard Taylor, 80, of Lodi, died March 18 in Stockton. He was born March 
30, 1924, in Bahai, Brazil.

Mr. Taylor served in the U.S. Army and was a World War II veteran. He was a 
teacher at Lodi Unified School District for 32 years. 

He is survived by his sons, Robert Taylor, of Suisun, Marcos Taylor, of Lodi; 
one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jennie Taylor.

A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Rocha's Mortuary, 215 S. School 
Street, Lodi. Committal will follow at Lodi Memorial Park & Cemetery, 5750 E. 
Pine St., Lodi. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Aid Society, 105 S. 
Washington St., Lodi, CA 95240.

Rocha's Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
