Charles 'Chuck' Edwin Utvick

June 5, 1953 — Oct. 16, 2005

Services will be Friday for Charles “Chuck” Edwin Utvick, 52, who died Sunday 
in Tracy.

Mr. Utvick had been an Alameda County deputy sheriff for the past 30 years. He 
was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Pleasanton and the Coast Guard Auxiliary. 
Mr. Utvick had a love of aviation. He will be missed dearly by his family and 
friends.

Mr. Utvick is survived by his wife of 22 years, Nickie Diane Utvick; children, 
Victoria, Megan and Thomas, all of Tracy; and father, Edwin Utvick, of Tracy 
Friday’s services will begin at noon at the Chapel of Callaghan Mortuary, 3833 
East Ave., in Livermore. Visitation will be observed from 4 to 8 p.m. 

Thursday at the chapel.
