Phillip Craig Jones was born October 8, 1975 in French Camp, CA. He attended Commodore Skills School and graduated from Franklin High School in 1993. Phillip worked for SBC for the past five years in the Communications Division as a cable locator until his demise. Phillip was active with the City of Stockton Fire Department Auxillary. One of his many aspirations was to follow his dad's (Joey Warren) footsteps and become a fire fighter. Phillip leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife, Tanya Uriarte-Jones; two daughters, Phillicity and Trinity Uriarte-Jones; his dog, Franklin; his parents, Joey and Catherine Warren; one brother, Christopher Jones; and his grandmother, Essie Edwards, all of Stockton, CA. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Warren Edwards, Sr. He also leaves in memory his father, Sherman Craig Jones; 6 half-brothers and sisters, all of Sacramento, CA; his grandparents, Willie and Christine Jones, of Stockton, CA; and his step- brothers, Joel Warren, of Vallejo, CA, Brandon Warren of Kentucky and Christopher Warren, of Stockton, CA. In addition, he leaves to his memory a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, in-laws, and many many close friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at DeYoung Shoreline Chapel, 7675 Shoreline Dr., Stockton, CA 95219. Visitation: Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Mortuary. Committal: Private. Also per family's request dress attire: Please wear Light Colored Clothing.
