Virginia A. Wilson

  Virginia A. Wilson, 88, of Lodi, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2005 at a 
local care center in Lodi. She was born August 8, 1916 at Craig, Missouri and 
had lived in Lodi for the past 58 years. 

  Mrs. Wilson was a homemaker and was co-owner of Wilson's Pharmacy with her 
husband prior to retirement. She was a long-time member of the United 
Congregational Christian Church and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She co-organized 
trips with her husband in the S.I.R.s.

  Mrs Wilson was an avid golfer, an accomplished ball-room dancer, excellent 
seamstress and enjoyed entertaining and crafts. 

  Her husband, Francis B. "Fran" Wilson, preceded her in death in July of 2004 
and also by her son. Steve Wilson.

  She is survived by one son, Lawrence E. "Luke" and his wife, Rhonda Wilson of 
Sacramento; two grandchildren, Benjamin and Blair Wilson; and numerous nieces 
and nephews. 

  Memorial Services will be held Saturday, April 9 at 1:00 p.m. in the United 
Congregational Christian Church with Rev. Jack Dawson officiating. Private 
entombment is in Cherokee Memorial Park Mausoleum. There is no visitation.

  Gierhart-Wells & Donahue Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

  Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Aid Society of Northern California, 
PO Box 1824, Sacramento. CA 95812.
