Ann Winkler 
Ann Winkler, 73, of Herald, died April 23 in a Sacramento hospital following a 
brief illness. She was born Ann Wauby on Sept. 6, 1931, in Iowa.

Mrs. Winkler lived in Herald for 44 years. She was a homemaker who enjoyed 
collecting dolls. 

She is survived by her daughter, Debra Winkler, of Herald; sons, Solomon 
Winkler Jr., of Galt and Walter Green, of Colorado; five grandchildren and 
seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Solomon Winkler, Sr.

There will be no services.

Ben Salas Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
