Kenneth Woods 
Kenneth Joel Woods Sr., 55, of Lodi died May 23 in Lodi. He was born Nov. 19, 
1949, in Modesto and lived in the San Jose area and Morgan Hill before moving 
to Lodi about five years ago.

Mr. Woods was a self-employed residential and commercial property maintenance 
worker for at least 25 years. 

He was preceded in death by four siblings.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Woods of Lodi; a daughter, Krista Welch of 
Lodi; three sisters, Peggy Banes of Kansas, Barbara Woods of Yuba City and 
Sandra Benson of Yuba City; and three grandchildren.

A chapel service will be held at 2 p.m. today at Lodi Funeral Home with 
Chaplain Tony Berry officiating. Committal will follow. Visitation will be held 
from noon to 2 p.m. today.
