She was born on Sept 23, 1911 in North Dakota. Ms. Youngman moved to Clements in 1919 and then to Lodi in 1920 where she attended local schools. She was an ordained minister for the Assemblies of God for 47 years, retiring in 1976. Throughout her life she was dedicated to missionary work with Native Americans in Northern California and Oregon. She also taught children’s vacation bible schools all over California. She was a member of Century Assembly and enjoyed flowers, cooking and directing children’s drama. Ms. Youngman is survived by one sister, Juanita Eisenbeis of Stockton; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Margaret Youngman; and one sister, Eveline Richenberg. The chapel service is at 1 p.m. Friday at Lodi Funeral Home. Committal is at Lodi Memorial Cemetery. Visitation is 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to service time Friday at Lodi Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the donor’s favorite charity.
