Nadine A. Young 
Dec. 31, 1916 - March 11, 2005



Nadine Young nee Nadine Moreno, 88 of Stockton, California passed away 
peacefully on March 11, 2005. Nadine was a cheerful resident of Valley Gardens 
Heathcare and Rehabilitation Center since 1993. Nadine worked in a bank as a 
young woman and after marrying she became the book keeper for her husband's 
business, E. Butch Young and Sons Fire Extinguishers. Nadine loved music as she 
played the piano and attended the Stockton Symphony. Even though she suffered 
from dementia she would spend her time whistling a tune as she spent her time 
in her residential care.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elwyn (Butch) Young; son, Ronald 
Michael Young; sisters, Viola Oranges and Norma Davidson; and brother, John 
Moreno. Nadine is lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law, Patricia Antonini 
of Stockton; and brother-in-laws, Donald Young of Stockton and Robert Young of 
Carmel. She was beloved aunt of Scott Davidson, Arlene Huun, Betty Stover, 
Vincent Young, Mary Weatherill and many other nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held at DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California 
Street, on Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be held at 
the Chapel on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Committal: Private.
