Mayble Lois James
Mayble Lois James, 87, of Morro Bay, died Thursday,  Sept. 13, 1984, in a San 
Luis Obispo hospital. Services were held this morning in the Benedict-Rettey 
Chapel in Morro Bay. Burial was at the Paso Robles Cemetery with the Rev. Gary 
Waterhouse officiating. Mrs. James was born on Nov. 23, 1896, in Hanford. She 
had been a resident of Morro Bay for 30 years. She had been a resident of 
Morro Bay for 30 years. She had been a homemaker all her adult life. She was a 
member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Mrs. James is survived by one son, 
James Grant of Cholame; two daughters, Lovena Osborn of Paso Robles and Illa 
Mary Osborn of Morro Bay; 10 grandchildren;  20 great-grandchildren and two 
great-great grandchildren.
