The present one is used as a part of the annual Pinedorado celebrations to house exhibits and shows. It was donated by the Molinari family and was removed from its original site to its present site on Main Street in Cambria. Previously, it was used as a school house. According to records listed by Myron Angel in 1882, the school housed 26 boys and 18 girls. George T. Noe was the teacher and David Armstrong was the district clerk. The school was supposed to be doing well, producing good results. The building is basically a "yankee balloon" structure with cut lumber studs and siding. The roofing is shingles, probably redwood. There is a porch on the front and four posts across the front to hold up the overhanging porch roofing. The two doors are located in front and the other on the right side, towards the rear. On this side there are three windows while there are four on the opposite side. They measure on the inside 6 feet by 2 feet 10 inches. There is also a small window over the door in front. Atop the building, there is a small belfry covered on all four sides by louvers. It is about 7 feet high and 3 feet square. Sources: History of San Luis Obispo County.
