I am trying to secure the death certificate on behalf of my nephew Troy Brooks-
Hannon.  Troy was Neill's only child and he lives in the State of Iowa.  He 
was never notified of his dad passing until 2 years ago.  Neill's sister took 
controll of the estate and my nephew was cut completed out of any material 
possession or anything else that may have been given to him in the will.  My 
nephew never had the opportunity to see his dad but communicated with him on 
the phone.
