Here is the cemetery information for Oak Hill Funeral Home and Memorial 
Park, it's previous names, and the four independently owned and operated 
cemeteries within it's confine, for which they provide perpetual care.

Oak Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, California s Oldest Secular Cemetery 
has been dedicated to serving Bay Area families since 1847. 

Oak Hill is the only organization in Santa Clara County that offers complete 
funeral and burial facilities at one beautiful location.
 
There are four cemeteries located on the grounds of Oak Hill which are 
independently owned and operated; Beth David Memorial Garden, Home of Peace 
Cemetery, Islamic Cemetery (DAR-US-SALAAM) House of Peace, and Orthodox-Greek 
Cemetery, but Oak Hill provides perpetual care.

The Islamic Cemetery (DAR-US-SALAAM) House of Peace is located at Oak Hill 
Funeral Home and Memorial Park in San Jose. The beautifully landscaped Garden 
includes 114 burial sites. A focal point in the Garden is the monument 
designating the Islamic Cemetery. 

With the help of Allah S.W.T. and participation of the brothers and sisters 
of Islam, Alhamdulillah we have been able to reserve a section of Oak Hill 
Funeral Home and Memorial Park for Dar-us-Salaam (reserved for Muslims only). 
The Islamic Cemetery (DAR-US-SALAAM) House of Peace is operated by the Islamic 
Research Association.

Home of Peace Cemetery is located at Oak Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park in 
San Jose. 

In March 1857, San Jose's Jews purchased graveyard space from what was then 
called the San Jose Common Council. In 1869, the Bickur Cholim Society 
(later renamed Temple Emanu-El) purchased this land. Serving the entire Jewish 
community, this cemetery is still operated by our congregation. Home of Peace 
Cemetery features traditional lawn sections, a mausoleum and cremation niches.

Beth David Memorial Garden

The Beth David Memorial Garden is located at Oak Hill Funeral Home and Memorial 
Park in San Jose. The beautifully landscaped Garden includes 400 burial sites 
and offers pastoral solitude to mourners. A focal point in the Garden is the 
Wall of Remembrance providing the community an opportunity to place memorial 
plaques in honor of loved ones buried elsewhere. 

Congregation Beth David of Saratoga operates the Beth David Memorial Garden. As 
a Conservative Synagogue affiliated with the United Synagogue for Conservative 
Judaism, Beth David maintains the practices associated with traditional Judaism. 
Those of the Jewish faith may be buried in the Garden. It is comforting to know 
that one's eternal resting place will be preserved as sacred Jewish ground. Oak 
Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park provides perpetual care.
