Death of Mrs. M. E. Fry

   Mrs. Mary Ellen Fry passed away in San Jose on Monday, March 21, 1921, at the
age of 64 years and 2 months.
   Mrs. Fry was well known here, her husband, Jeremiah Fry, having owned an
orchard on Diana avenue until a few years ago.  She was the sister of Mrs. J. W.
Montgomery, who died at the hotel of that name, of which she and her husband
were proprietors several years ago.
   Mr. Fry is still in the hospital, where he has been a sufferer for a number
of years.
   Mrs. Fry leaves, besides her husband, three sisters, Mrs. J. A. Mack of San
Jose, Mrs. E. J. Morgan and Mrs. Uriah Hunter of Iowa, and three brothers in
Iowa, J. D. Jones, Ramer B. Jones and A C. Jones.
   The funeral was held Wednesday, interment at Oak Hill Cemetery.
