Thomas A. Green, who married Mrs. Amelia Fisher of Gilroy 17 years ago, died at 
his home in San Jose Sunday evening, after an illness of several months.  The 
remains were interred at Oak Hill cemetery on Tuesday.  Green was a native of 
Kentucky, aged 68 years and had been an employee of the S. J. Electric Railway 
Co., for 25 years.

Veteran Conductor Dies:
Thomas A. Green, who died at the age of 68 December 12, was a veteran employee 
of the San Jose railroads.  He worked on the first streetcar built in this city,  
many years ago.  His funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the 
family residence, 181 Vendome avenue.

of Almira P. Green; brother of Bruce Green and Mrs. H. J. Burns of San 
Francisco, George and Mary Green and Mrs. Rebecca Williams, Covington, KY.; 
Robert L. Green of Frankfort, Ky., and Mrs. Mattie Cushman of Virgina, and step-
father of Mrs. Thomas Craig of College Park, Mrs. H. J. Wipple and James Fisher 
of Oakland, Mrs. Jane Hann of Gilroy and John Fisher of San Jose, a native of 
Kentucky, aged 68 years, 9 months, 16 days.
   Friends are invited to attend the funeral today (Tuesday), December 14, 1915 
at 2 o'clock p. m. from his late residence, 181 Vendome avenue.  Interment Oak 
Hill Cemetery.
