Henry FRANCK, brother of Ignatz and Fritz FRANCK of
French Gulch, died at that place last Wednesday
[10/3/1894] evening, death resulting from a
complication of diseases which baffled medical skill. 
The deceased was one of the old pioneers of French
Gulch and was a man of kind and social disposition and
generous heart.  Germany was the land of his nativity
and his age was 66 years.  (10/6/1894)
