(1880) Camron, O. P. A native of Sonoma county, California, born August 15, 1852; received his education in the public schools of Petaluma. Resided with his mother on the old homestead until 1877. His father was killed by a boiler explosion on the bay of San Francisco in 1854. The subject of this sketch is engaged in farming, about five miles west of Petaluma. Married Miss Minnie C. Field, October 23, 1877. She was born in Jefferson county, New York, on the 23d of February, 1860.
