J. SHEPPARD BURIED TODAY
With members of the family and friends gathered at the chapel at Welti Brothers 
this morning at 9:30 o'clock for the funeral of J. B. Sheppard, who was killed 
Saturday afternoon on the highway, the Rev. W. S. Short said the burial service 
of the Episcopal church.
The men who carried the casket to its last resting place in Shiloh cemetery 
were M. Meredith, Stacy Lee, G. K. Porter, H. G. Laumann, F. J. Ferguson and E. 
D. Higby.
There were many floral offerings each with an expression of sympathy to the 
bereaved family.
