Pineda Gloria 750821 np Grayson Death Ruled Justifiable; The gunshot death on June 24 of Gloria Pineda, 21, of Grayson has been ruled justifiable homicide. She died of a gunshot wound in the head following a fight between blacks and Mexican- Americans outside the Grayson Apartments in that community. The Johnsons were inside their apartment and both apparently fired shots as an attempt was being made from outside to break down the apartment door. The fatal shot was fired by Larry Johnson through the open doorway.
