Marysville Daily Appeal Sunday February 04, 1917 Once Wealthiest Woman Of Sutter She Loses Home Yuba City, Feb 3. - Miss Mary Girdner, a few years ago considered one of the wealthiest women in Sutter county today lost her home place at Sutter county consisting of 160 acres when Judge K. S. Mahon ordered a decree of foreclosure in the suit of Louisa Innendorfer against Miss Girdner. Judge Mahon entered the decree of foreclosure to satisfy a judgment of $7789.60 on a promissory note. Miss Girdner gave her home place as security. The property will be sold by the sheriff. Within the past six months Miss Girdner has lost several hundreds acres of land in the county beside valuable personal property through foreclosure of mortgages
