Marysville Appeal Democrat May 3, 1916 pg 8 & May 6, 1916 pg 4 CHARLES PEASE"S FATHER PASSED AWAY IN SACRAMENTO Charles Harry Pease died in Sacramento Tuesday night at the age of 85 years. Deceased was a native of Maine, and had resided in Sacramento for many years. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs E. S. Wadsworth, of Sutter City, Sutter County and five sons, Walter ease of Stockton, Chas Pease of Marysville, George Pease of Santa Cruz and Mark and Wyman Pease of Sacramento. The remains will arrive in Marysville Thursday afternoon at 5:45 o'clock where they will be taken in charge by Kelly Brothers. Funeral services will be held from the Methodist Episcopal church at Sutter City at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon and interment will be made in the Sutter City cemetery. Pease, Sutter County farmer who died at the home of his son in Sacramento Tuesday were held Friday afternoon from the Methodist Episcopal church at Sutter City with Rev. Paul Everett officiating. Enterprise lodge No 70, Free and accepted Masons of Yuba City, conducted the services at the Sutter City cemetery where interment was made. The pallbearers were: D. D. Green, W. Clements, L. H. Woodworth, C. B. Harter, D. Schellenger and O Newman
