This is a double headstone that looks like an open book. The inscription is as 
follows: on one side it says, "FATHER, SAMUEL L. SPICER, 1911 - 1970". To his 
left side it reads, "MOTHER, MAE I. SPICER, 1914 - 2001".

Additional Comments:
There are several Sameul Spicers in our genealogy, but I have not connected 
this one yet.
