Additional Comments: There is no headstone or marker for Lillie Dodson, she was "put away by the county" I was told by one of the ladies that worked in the office on the cemetery grounds. I ask why she wasn't buried by her husband, there are 3 empty graves between him and Lillie's mother, Hattie S. Spicer, but the lady did not know. Lillie had been in a nursing home for some time before she passed away so the people there may not of known about the family graves. My older brother said that Lillie was the type of person that would have had all her own funeral arrangements taken care of ahead of time. Lillie had 2 grown sons but I have been unable to find them to see what had happened. Guy and Lillie had owned a lot of olive and orange groves and were well to do, maybe the sons kept the money for themselves rather than see to it that their mom was buried properly, who knows.
