Born Dec. 25, 1944, in Vallejo, Mrs. Barrage was the daughter of the late Herman and Violet Burkett. She worked for B&E Transmission in San Francisco for 37 years with her husband as an office manager and business partner. Survivors include her husband of 37 years, William (Bill) Burrage; children, Sam (Sarah) Burrage of Windsor, and Nancy Burrage of Santa Rosa; stepchildren, Becki Spiva of Esparto, and David Burrage and his former wife Mary Kennedy of Colorado; sisters, Barbara Burkett of San Jose and Janice Palagruti of Seattle, Wash.; brother, Dennis Burkett and his wife Susan of Novato; grandchildren, Alyson and Gavin and stepgrandchildren, Tristan, Nicole, Damon, Ashley and Davey. The family requests memorials be directed to American Cancer Society, 1451 Guerneville Road, Santa Rosa, 95403; or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, The Presidio, P.O. Box 29316, Bldg. 36, Lincoln Blvd., Ste. 220, San Francisco, 94129., on her behalf. Arrangements were under the direction of Santa Rosa Memorial Park & Mortuary, (707) 542-3154. Services: A funeral service was held Sunday, March 28, 2004 in the Santa Rosa Memorial Park and Mortuary Chapel, 1900 Franklin Ave., Santa Rosa.
