Hernandez Humberto Aguirre Hernandez of Winters died in a car accident on May 3, 2002, near Colusa. He was 28. He was born on April 27, 1974, in Jesus Maria, Jalisco, Mexico. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend and will be greatly missed by many in the community. He will also be missed by his soccer team. He was a hard worker and excellent father who enjoyed taking his kids to soccer games and spending time with his family. His wife Stacey Hernandez of Winters shares this personal message: "I love you baby and I'll miss you dearly and for always. I love you so much and my heart is with you." He is survived by his wife and his children Briana Nicole, Humberto Ricardo and Jasmine Victoria, all of Winters. He is also survived by his parents Jose and Josefina Hernandez; brothers and sisters Martin, Marisela, Rosa, Lupita, Dani, Luis Enrique and six brothers-in-law and five sisters-in-law, all of Winters; and grandparents Guadalupe y Ma. Dolores Aguirre and Adrian y Ma. Del Refujio Hernandez of Jalisco, Mexico. He is further survived by grandparents Mike and Diane Kelly of Woodland and Hazel Speegle of Winters; in-laws Charles and Tamara Brooks and Elizabeth Speegle, all of Winters. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews further survive him. Friends and acquaintances are invited to support the family by attending a vigil service for him at 6 p.m. Thursday at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 511 Main St., Winters. The Mass of the Resurrection will also be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony Catholic Church.
