She was 88 years old. She was a graduate of Mt. Zion and UC Berkeley and worked as a registered nurse for 35 years. She was a San Francisco junior women's tennis champion, a dancer in the corps des ballet, and a riveter during World War II. She was a longtime member of Congregation Emanu-El in San Francisco and was active in many causes, classes and groups. She always had a zest for life and people, and was loved by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Edward Ginsburg; her daughters, Susan Rios Brundage and her husband Ken and Karen Ginsburg Berliner of Davis and her husband Paul; her grandchildren, Julie Rios Koda and Daniel and Rachel Berliner; her great-grandchild, Jerico Koda; and many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins. Services were held at Reutlinger Community for Jewish Living and at Home of Peace Cemetery in Colma. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Reutlinger Community for Jewish Living or Congregation Bet Haverim in Davis.
