Oscar Orvel Johnson

Services Held for Oscar Orvel Johnson

A graveside service was held in the Capay Cemetery on Friday, June 22, for Oscar
Orvel Johnson, who died Monday, June 18, in Woodland Memorial Hospital.  A
native of Kansas, he was 85.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Ruth Johnson of Esparto; daughters, Donna
Foy of Winters, Virginia Ayala of Esparto, and Suzanna Simmons of Woodland; son,
Henry Decaillet of Mountain Ranch; sisters, Grace Bair of Esparto, and Bess
Pearson and Phoebe Schmidt, both of Orangevale; and numerous grandchildren,
great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  

The family suggests memorials in the form of donations to the Woodland Memorial
Hospital ICU in care of the Woodland Memorial Hospital Foundation.
