L. B. Webster 

L. B. Webster died on December 30 in Oroville following a long illness.  The
former Winters resident moved to Oroville in 1980.

Survivors include his wife, Betty, of the family home in Oroville; three sons,
Charles and Mark Webster of Phoenix, Arizona, and Tom Webster of Palermo,
California; two daughters, Gail Alberty of Reno, Nevada, and Carol Nollingsworth
of Palermo; his mother and step-father, Myrtle and Carl Vincher, of Palermo; and
one sister, Alice Webster of Fort Bragg.
