Gerald Dana “Jerry” Mentink

Rites held for Gerald Mentink

Memorial services were held in the Davis Community Church Tuesday morning for
Gerald Dana “Jerry” Mentink, 51, who died in the Yolo General Hospital Saturday,
December 19.  McNary’s Chapel, of Woodland, was in charge of arrangements.

Mentink, a member of Woodland Elks Lodge, the Woodland Masonic Lodge and the
Yolo Sportsman’s Club, was a native of Richfield, California.  

He is survived by his father, Victor Mentink Sr., of Calistoga; a daughter and
son-in-law, Lori and Kevin Belcher of Woodland; a daughter, Wendi Mentink of
Sacramento; six brothers, Sterling Mentink of Yuba City, Roger Mentink of Palo
Alto, Stanley Mentink of Eureka, Wesley Mentink of San Jose, and Tommy Mentink
and Victor Mentink Jr., both of Davis; his former wife, Janice Mentink, and one
grandchild, Ashley Belcher of Woodland.
