He had long been ill from heart disorders. The funeral will be Sunday morning at 10 o'clock in San Francisco from 1122 Sutter street, with interment there. Surviving Mr. Rosenberg is his wife, Natalie Rosenberg, three children- Claude and Edgar Rosenberg and Mrs. Helen Kahn and one brother, Max Rosenberg. Upon leaving Woodland fifteen years ago the deceased retired from the mercantile business in which he had been most successful and engaged in the real estate business, particularly dealing in the sale of apartment houses. At the time of his death he was proprietor of the Chancellor Hotel on Powell street. He was a prosperous and progressive business man both in Woodland and San Francisco, and leaves besides his immediate relatives, scores of friends to regret his demise.
