Perazzo pbperazzo@comcast.net September 30, 2004, 11:00 pm Thursday, March 4, 1991 David Pugh Snyder Services held today for David Pugh Snyder, 95 A graveside service will be held at College City Cemetery in College City today, Thursday, at 11 a.m. for David Pugh Snyder who died Saturday, March 2, at the age of 95. Mr. Snyder was born in rural Woodland on August 6, 1895. He was a veteran of World War I and was a rancher for his adult life. He was a member of the Yolo County Farm Bureau, Woodland Christian Church, and Countryside Community Church in Esparto. He served as the head of the Madison Fire Department and was the secretary for a long period of time. He is survived by six nieces, Shirley Fulton of Fresno, Dorothy Poundstone of Grimes, Marguerite Harrison of Grimes, Patricia Bradley of Berkeley, Paige Brown of Suisun, and Joan Fiddemont of Roseville; six nephews, Ernest Peterson of Walnut Creek, Gary Harold and Winston Peterson, all of Arbuckle, Dwight Peterson of Detroit, Michigan, and Theodore Peterson of Laguna Beach; and two cousins, Kenny Snyder of Winters and Gerald Snyder of Woodland. Persons wishing to make a memorial contribution are asked to direct them to Woodland Christian Church.
