“Winters Express,” Thursday, July 6, 2000
Ruth Marie Gonzalez

Mrs. Ruth Gonzalez passed away on June 2, 2000.  Born on July 11, 1937 in San
Francisco, she was 62 years old.

Mrs. Gonzalez lived in Santa Rosa, for many years.  She worked as a presser for
Country Washboard Cleaners in Santa Rosa.  She moved to Winters 10 years ago. 
Family members said she loved Bingo and was always ready for a trip to Reno.

Mrs. Gonzalez is survived by her step-son Dean Hawkes of Red Bluff, and her
sister Rosalie Saldana of Winters.

At her request no services will be held.  A private ceremony has taken place. 
Arrangements were under the direction of Smith’s Colonial Chapel in Winters.
