William E. Young

William Earl Young, a seven-year resident of Yolo County, died on April 24,
2004, in Roseville. He was 86 years old.

Born Dec. 5, 1917, in Kansas, he was a lifetime member of the Masonic Lodge and
worked as a sales manager for Lone Star Industries.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Allena Young.

He is survived by his son, Russell Young and his wife Cindy of Escalon; his
daughter Joyce Sullivan and her husband Dennis of Pleasant Grove; and his son,
Robert Young and his wife Sherry of Sacramento.

He is also survived by five grandchildren, Scott and Jason Sullivan of Pleasant
Grove, Leann Young of New York, Clinton Young of Modesto and Ryan Young of
Escalon; and two great-grandchildren, Brooke and Megan Sullivan of Pleasant Grove.

A funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at McNary's, 458 College St. in
Woodland. Burial will immediately follow at Monument Hill Cemetery, 35036 County
Road 22 in Woodland.
