Born Dec. 24, 1914, in Dassel, Minn., to Ole and Laura (Berg) Danielson, Mr. Danielson was the tenth born of 12 children. He resided in Woodland for more than 60 years and was employed by Pacific Gas and Electric Company where he retired in 1976. Prior to that he farmed in Yolo County for many years and was the owner of Engine Parts and Machine in Woodland. He was a member of the American Lutheran Church of Woodland, a 62-year member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and a 40-year member of the BPOE Elks. Mr. Danielson is survived by his daughters, Janice Hoagland and husband Terry of Woodland, Susan Brugh and husband Michael of Davis and Pamela Hunter and husband Steve of Woodland; son Lewis Danielson and wife Sylvia of Portland, Ore.; and grandchildren, Michael Marcum and wife Sharon of Woodland, Aimee Danielson of Portland, Ore., Christy Herr of Woodland, Bret and Jared Hunter of Chico, and Melissa and Leanna Brugh of Davis. He is also survived by his brother, Leonard Danielson of Waconia, Minn.; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Danielson was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Adeline (Addie) on April 2, 1996; a son, Gary Danielson; a grandson, Stanley Kipker; his parents, Ole and Laura (Berg) Danielson; sisters, Clara, Tena, Mabel and Violet; and brothers, Oscar, Harry, Walter, Levi and Clifford, all of Minnesota and Evald of Woodland. Visitation is scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31 at Kraft Brothers, 175 Second St., Woodland. Service is scheduled at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 1, at the American Lutheran Church, 1114 College St., Woodland, with interment to follow at Monument Hill Memorial Park, Woodland.
