Born July 10, 1949, in Woodland, Mr. Kramer was a lifelong resident of Woodland. He was the son of Irvin Kramer Jr. and Phyllis Perrenoud Kramer. He was a 1967 Woodland High School graduate. He was a lifetime member of both the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 1967 and the Twin Rivers Moose Legion 207. He was on the board of directors of District level and the Legion level. He was a member of the Bay Area Electric Railroad Association, Fairfield Lapidary Society, and Discovery Museum. He worked on the Kramer Ranch in the Sutter Basin from childhood until forced to retire due to medical conditions. He volunteered on the levee watches. Survivors include his wife, Rhonda R. Kramer of Woodland; daughters, Anna Harrison and Melissa Thompson; granddaughters, Amber and Karissa Harrison; mother, Phyllis Kramer of Woodland; brothers, John Kramer and wife Elaine of Woodland, Paul Kramer of Knights Landing and Neil Kramer and wife Sharlene of Collinsville, Okla.; nephews, Austin, Travis, Brian, and Josh; nieces, Paula and Hanna; great-nephew, William Irvin Cordoza and many other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Irvin Kramer Jr. Arrangements are under the direction of North Sacramento Funeral Home. Services: A memorial service is scheduled at 11 p.m. Thursday, June 10, at Vacaville Moose Lodge (corner of Gibson Canyon Road and Vine St.) in Vacaville. Phone (707) 448-1122, the public is welcome. There will be a graveside service at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 12, at Knights Landing Cemetery on County Road 102, Knights Landing. The public is welcome.
