Perazzo pbperazzo@comcast.net and Judith Hinton November 4, 2004, 6:42 pm Woodland "Daily Democrat," Monday, February 18, 2002 Julia Ann McDaniel Julia Ann McDaniel died on Friday, Feb. 15, 2002, at Biggs-Gridley Memorial Hospital in Gridley at the age of 90. Mrs. McDaniel was born in Nevada on July 5, 1911 to Benito and Lucia (Elordi) Guerena. Mrs. McDaniel moved to Woodland in 1982 with her late husband George after retiring from ownership of the Twin Palms Mobile Home Park in Maxwell. They moved to Gridley in 1999 to be near their daughter. Mrs. McDaniel is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Deanna and Joe Carbajal of Gridley; grandchildren, Marlene Martin and her husband Larry of Oroville and Kris Carbajal of Ft. Hood, Texas; great grandchild, George Anderson of Oroville; nieces, Dolores Hall and her sons, Terry and Scott of Carson City, Nev.; Anna Brown of Carlin, Nev.; and nephew, Charles Guerena of Carlin, Nev.; sister-in-law, Mildred McDaniel of Tamms, Ill. Friends are invited to attend the funeral service to be held on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2002, at 2 p.m. at McNary's Chapel in Woodland. The burial will follow at the Woodland Cemetery.
