Martin Memorial services for Judith Ellen Martin, 62, of Conroe, Texas, will begin at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Cashner Colonial Chapel, in Conroe, Texas. She was born September 8, 1941, in Riverside and died March 24, 2004, in Conroe, Texas. She and her husband, Paul Martin, were residents of Davis from 1970 to 1994, where was active in school programs through their daughter, Stacey. She also worked at Davisville Travel for several years. She is survived by her husband Paul Martin of Conroe; daughter Stacey McBride and husband Justin of The Woodlands, Texas; mother Adele Frazier of Seal Beach; sister Linda Karraker and husband Doug of Chipley, Fla.; brothers Richard Strohecker and wife Judy of Westminster, and Paul Strohecker and wife Francesca of LaQuinta. She is also survived by a granddaughter, Kaitlyn McBride, of The Woodlands, Texas; uncle, George Strohecker of Palos Verdes; special friends Paula Maw of Sacramento and Karen Asbury of Tupelo, Miss.; mother-in-law Lucienne Martin of The Woodlands, Texas; nephew Michael Strohecker of Rancho Mirage and numerous other relatives and friends. Her granddaughter referred to her as "The World's Best Grandma." In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to MD Anderson Cancer Center, P.O.
