Born April 6, 1953, in Berkeley, Judy had been a Yolo County resident for 12 years. Judy attended UC Davis and San Jose Christian College. She was one of the early founders of the Wayfarer Center in Woodland. She also worked as a Chaplain for the Sacramento Police Department and retired as the Director of Missions for Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church. Survivors include her husband Kirk D. Rodgers of Sacramento; brother David DuBois of Woodland; sister Barbara Belman of San Lorenzo; nieces and nephews Christian and Jonathan DuBois, Aimee Perry, and Katie and Jeffrey Belman. She was preceded in death by her parents. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to YWAM (Youth with a Mission), at 357 Ellis St., San Francisco, CA 94102; Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church Missions Dept., at 11427 Fair Oaks Blvd., Fair Oaks, 95628; or to Adventure Christian Church Missions Dept., at 6401 Stanford Ranch Rd., Roseville, CA 95678. A memorial celebration of Judy's life is scheduled at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, 2004, at Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church at 11427 Fair Oaks Blvd., Fair Oaks.
