Christine Timperley

Christine Timperley died at St. John's Retirement Village Thursday, Jan. 8, at
age 86.

Born Aug. 7, 1917, in Palestine, Texas, Mrs. Timperley has been a Yolo County
resident for the last 60 years. She has been a homemaker for her adult life.

Survivors include her husband, Harold Timperley of Woodland; daughter, Jeanette
Fowler and her husband Tom of Woodland; brother, Vonzo Chaffin and wife Fern;
sister, Maxine England and husband Harold, all of Palistine, Texas; grandsons,
Rick Fowler of Riverside, Chris Fowler and wife Julie of Cottonwood;
granddaughter, Stacey Salas of Woodland; great-grandsons, Michael Salas and
Mitchell Salas, both of Woodland; great-granddaughters, Nicole Allison of Citrus
Heights, Rochelle Fowler of Riverside and Shannon Fowler of Cottonwood. She was
preceded in death by her brother, Wallace Chaffin; great-grandson, Matthew
Salas; and by her two husbands, J.B. Martin and Roy Pugh.

The family requests memorials be directed to the Air LIfe LIne SDS No. 12-2160,
P.O. Box 86, Minneapolis, Minn. 55486-2160. Arrangements are under the direction
of McNary's Chapel of Woodland.

Services: A graveside services for family only will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday,
Jan. 13, at Monument Hill Memorial Park, Woodland.
