Claudia F. Blakemore

Claudia Faye Blakemore died at her Dixon home on March 15, 2004, following a
long battle with cancer. She was 50.

She was born March 26, 1953, to Lt. Col. David Sudbury and his wife, Gloria. She
moved with her family to Loomis in 1966 after her father's retirement. In 1971,
she graduated from Del Oro High School with honors. She later earned her
associate's degree from Yuba Community College.

She had lived in Solano County for the past 24 years. She was employed by
Steiner Real Estate for several years before going to work for Valley
Administrators of Sacramento until December 2003. She was very active in local
sports, including as a Little League supporter for more than 17 years.

She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Allen W. Blakemore of Dixon; sons,
Chris Reich and Troy Blakemore of Sacramento; mother, Gloria Sudbury of Medford,
Ore.; sister, Mimi Sudbury of Dixon; brother, David Sudbury of Davis; and
nephew, Andrew Sudbury of Davis.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Peter's Catholic Church
in Dixon.

In lieu of flowers, her family requests that contributions be made in her memory
to St. Peter's Catholic Church, 105 S. Second St., Dixon, CA 95620.

Arrangements are under the direction of Evergreen Funeral Service of Woodland.
