Gladys Elvira (Stotts) Knolle

Gladys Elvira (Stotts) Knolle died in her Capay Valley home Friday, June 25,
2004, at age 86.

Born Dec. 8, 1917, a native of Capay Valley, she had been a Yolo County resident
for 58 years. She attended Caņon School and became an Esparto High School
graduate. She lived in Sonoma for 29 years and was a longtime member of Rebekahs
Lodge.

Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Frank Charles Knolle of Capay Valley;
daughter, Susan Knolle Farnham and husband Ron of Woodland; son, James Knolle
and wife Ellen of Guinda; grandchildren, Scott Bond and wife Lois, Marlene
Rattenne and husband Kirk, all of Rohnert Park, Lynn Light and husband Marvin of
Louisiana, Jim Knolle Jr. and wife Carolyn of Oregon, Jess Knolle and wife
Lynette of Brooks, Jonathan Knolle of Chico, Kimberly Velasquez and husband
Joseph, and Kayla Farnham, all of Woodland; and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Maude Stotts; and daughter,
Donna Harms.

The family requests memorials be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of Kraft Bros.

Services: A graveside service is scheduled 11 a.m. Friday, July 2, in Capay
Cemetery, with burial to follow.
