Debra G. Cecil

Debra Gail Cecil of Davis died unexpectedly at Sutter Davis Hospital Feb. 9,
2004. She was 49.

Born Sept. 16, 1954, in Parsons, Kan., she was brought to California in 1957.
She lived in Sacramento and Chico before moving to Davis in 1966. She graduated
from Davis High School in 1972.

She was employed by UC Davis for about 27 years, working for the School of
Veterinary Medicine and at Crocker Nuclear Lab.

"Debby will be missed by all and remembered in our hearts always," her family said.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Larry Cecil of Davis, son, Ty of
Reno, Nev., parents, Ernie and Ruth Hurd of Davis, sister, Jan Neff, her husband
Dan and their children, Ben and Kimberly, all of Woodland, and by other
relatives and friends.

No service is planned.

Davis Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
