Born in Winters on Jan. 8, 1924, to Craig Niemann and Nannie Sinclair Niemann. She was 79 years old. She grew up in Winters and graduated from Winters High School in 1941. She spent one year at U.C. Davis before moving to Sacramento to work for an insurance company. She married Robert Todrank on April 4, 1947. She was a loving mother, community volunteer and loving wife. She enjoyed knitting, playing with her children and grandchildren, cooking and vacationing in Black Butte Ranch, Oregon. She is survived by her children, Kathy and her husband Paul, Nancy and her husband Jim, Craig and his wife Myra; aunt, Lavinia Young; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Following private services, she was buried on Wednesday, Dec. 8, at the Niemann plot in the Winters Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Sutter Hospice in Sacramento.
